Saturday, 6/28

Departing from Calvary Chapel, exact time to be announced

- Breakfast

Please eat breakfast before arriving, we will not stop for breakfast (snacks may be eaten on bus)

- Lunch

Fast Food (McDonalds, Burger King, etc) $4-$5

- Dinner

Lone Star BBQ--Family style all you can eat BBQ $10 (to be collected in advance, please!) The $10 also covers their overnight camping fees at Santee State Park

Sunday, 6/29

On the road

- Breakfast

Fast Food again (sorry 'bout that)  $4-$5

- Lunch

Fast Food (not much choice on the road) $4-$5

 

 

Wednesday, 7/2
Special Dinner

Troop leaves camp for a special dinner at Jukebox Junction, world famous for their milkshakes, (the troop will treat everyone to a dessert or a milkshake) the boys will need $10 to cover their meals. 

 

 

Saturday, 7/5

Departing from camp, heading to the Naval Base

- Breakfast

We will eat breakfast at Camp before leaving

- Lunch

back to Fast Food, $4-$5

- Dinner

a special treat eating in the Galley of the Naval Base $3.25

Sunday, 7/6

 

- Brunch

Brunch in the Galley of the Naval Base $4.25

 

No plans to stop again for a meal, as we look to be back home before suppertime. The bus will make a stop or two for bathroom breaks and the boys may want a snack at a convenience store, if you want to figure another couple of dollars. Most will sleep on the way home anyway. You may send snacks, of course, for the bus ride, and their stay at Boone. Snacks, drinks, and souvenirs are sold at camp, if you want to consider that as well.

NOTE: Due to our remote location, mail sent to camp can take up to four days to arrive. We reccomend that any correspondence intended for scouts be sent very early, possibly event the week before they are at camp. All mail must have the correct troop number to ensure delivery. Please include a return address so it can be returned if not picked up.
